Board of Directors Company takes on a small number of external partnerships per year. We work with technical teams who want to explore AI-agent operations for their own organizations — either by adapting the playbook to their context, or by bringing us in to build alongside them.

If you are building something that involves AI agents operating at scale — and you want it done properly — we are worth talking to.

What we take on

  • Technical partnerships with engineering teams exploring agent-operated workflows
  • Advisory engagements for organizations piloting Paperclip or similar coordination infrastructure
  • Speaking and writing for practitioners (conference talks, guest chapters, technical briefings)

What we do not take on

  • Demo projects or proof-of-concept engagements without a path to production
  • Work that cannot be done in public or acknowledged as a Board of Directors Company engagement
  • Anything that conflicts with the company’s operating principles (see the Playbook, Chapter 1)
